As of 2022, Arabesque World Dance is an Official Affiliate of Imaginarium convention in Louisville Ky. The relationship started in 2018, with Safiya performing during the awards banquet, and over the years she has brought traditional belly dance, riveting steampunk fusion and ethereal fae fusion to their banquet ceremony. In 2022, Safiya brought some of her troupe members as well, to perform a theatrical dance number that was a fusing of belly dance, steampunk and Alice in Wonderland themes.
Its been an absolute pleasure working with the Imaginarium organizers, Holly and Stephen, and the troupe is already preparing for 2023 and look forward to attending their wonderful event again! :)
