Come on out and get your SWEAT ON with a NEW Bootcamp Dance Mix!! Get ready for a fast and furious Workout to get your heart pumping and your muscles aching, followed by a great yoga style stretching session at the end of each class.
This Class is set up in Six Week Sessions, and it is recommended that you sign up for the whole session!
What to Bring: Water (or money to buy water), and a Yoga mat (you can borrow from the studio if needed), a sweat towel.
Cost: $12 Drop in Fee, Class Card, or MU Pass, or pay $45 for the 6 week session
