Class starts with a fun fast warm up, followed by time on the mat (yoga mat that is) where we get serious with Floorwork techniques and yoga stretch and strengtheners….then we get up and boogie to some great music styles, like Arabic Spanish Fusions, Arabic/Bhangra Fusions and fun DJ Mixes for Arabic Dance Clubs.
Then we finish it off with some really relaxing stretches and breathing exercises.
You will be weak in the knees, sweaty, and grinning from ear to ear by the time we are done!
